Washington Youth Tour & Cooperative Youth Summit

Are you a high school junior with an interest in politics and government? Or perhaps a sophomore with a focus on state-level governance and emerging technology? Newberry Electric Cooperative is offering two opportunities for 2026: the Washington Youth Tour from June 14-19 and the Cooperative Youth Summit from July 13-16.
Interested students will need to submit an application and participate in a personal interview as part of the selection process. Students must live in a household served by NEC.
