Effective January 9, 2012 NEC account numbers will change

Beginning January 9, 2012, all NEC account numbers will have an additional zero added to the number.  For example, if your account number is 9999-01, it will be changed to 9999-001.  Please make changes to any automatic payments you may have set up through your financial institution or when making payments to include the additional number.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
